As part of ICRC’s diversity action, there is the opportunity to watch the documentary  “Picture a Scientist”   (https://www.pictureascientist.com) from Friday (starting 00:00 Berlin time) to Tuesday (23:59 Berlin time), see here [link zum Wochenendeintrag)].  With this discussion session we want to follow up on the movie and talk about the situation as we perceive it. Do we know of structural biases? How is this avoided at our various institutes? How can we make science more diverse, equitable, and open to all? What is still in the way and which roadblocks can easily be removed?
